Our Bakery
A small bakery, baking with heart.
We're a neighborhood bakery and café in Commerce, California. Every morning before the doors open, we're laminating dough, pulling trays from the oven, and getting the espresso machine warm.
Our recipes lean on tradition — French laminated pastries, classic cookies, and honest cups of coffee — made by hand, in small batches, the way they should be.
When you walk in, we want it to feel like a place worth coming back to.
